Lancer was coming into the corners way to hot, Hence why he lost alot of speed at the corners. You see some of the times hes coming in he just locks up the brakes. You also need to remember how many more times tysucia has been on that circut.

No fair! The WRC was in gravel configuration: gravel tires with high sidewalls and deep tread and a high and soft suspension setup. That really makes a difference.

if you search on youtube, there is the full version of this. 3 parts, like 9 mins each. It explains that the WRC car is slower on tarmac tires than it is on these gravel tires. It is setup to be on these tires and it very very fast. It is a full WRC race car. The j's s2k is only their street car. Watch the full version before talking shit. The driver is also a rally champion in the lancer. He knows how to drive that car! Its a rally car.

harder isnt always better. It depends on the cars geometry. That lancer was made from day 1 as a rally car and is not setup for pure tarmac. If you want a tarmac monster, get HKS to bring their race car to the touge.

thats not logical, its suppose to be faster on slik tires. you can see it by yourself the lancer is drifting too much, you can see theres no grip.

No wonder why that Mitsubishi did shit at WRC rallying, they can't even get the right setup. Even with the right setup there's not much to brag about if you beat a street spec S2000 with a £400,000+ rally car.

WRC car running gravel tyres, using high-ride height and softer gravel suspension is definitely unfair. gravel tyres also have lousy grip on tarmac. in comparison, the s2000 is running some sticky road tyres, with super low, and hard road suspension.
