no you have your own galaxy, but you download your own copy of other people's creatures and civilizations to your own copy of your. you can blow up their stuff but it won't affect their orginal.

your creatures will adomaticly show up on other people's planets and you can destroy your own planet and you cant destroy anyone else's planets but your own.
