You need to choose the suitable fan for your system. If your pc only do basic tasks, like web browsing, then a low-rpm fan would be good enough for cooling and silent operation. If your system if for gaming and other high performance tasks and applications, then I suggest you get a high performance fans and fan controller. The controller will allow you set the desired rpm. Lower rpm if you are doing basic tasks and you can crank up to higher rpm for extra cooling during gaming and heavy tasks.

no, i only asked ^^ i have liquid cooling from thermaltake Big Water 12cm....and my 120mm cooler is very loud when i turn up the fan controller on very high ^^ buts it normally
