Also, looking into your so much superior "life" has revealed a shocking truth: You have none, therefore you have no right to bitch at other people for their lack thereof.
You've joined on 7.12.07, since then you've watched 281 videos. That makes 55 days today, that's a bit over five videos a day. Let's assume they're around ten minutes long, you're spending a little less than an hour a day just watching videos on Youtube. But of course, now you're going to tell me math is for gays.

Neither am I, even though my profile might say otherwise, it's not like I'm going to give out my personal details on a site full of morons.
Anyway, yeah, the quality is sucky, as it was taken with a 10 € webcam, but I think the explanation is rather clear... At least my friends were able to do it with those instructions alone, if there's something that's unclear to you, try asking, I will at least attempt to help you.

Any size. The size of the square dictates how large the shuriken will be, mine was the size of a cat's anus, but if you check out my other videos, you can see that they can be made large as well.

okay.. on the part right about 6 minutes when you showed the two individual pieces connecting i dont quite seem to see how you are actually doing it.

There should be this little slit on the backside of each piece, and a little triangular bit on the front side, we're assuming the side with the triangular bits sticking out of it to be the front side.
You need to stick those triangular bits into the slits on the backside of the other piece.
