This video is awesome, the voice of Goku in Japanese is Good but the best is the Mexican.

I like the original Japanese version as well as the American voice over. But if you want something a little more intense, try the German version. Great vid btw. :)

It's because Gokou's voice is done by a woman, the same woman who did him as a child, and did Gohan, Goten, Bardock and Tares as well. She's an amazing VA and is far and away better for him than any of his English voice actors.
The best dub voice he ever had was Ian Corlett. Schemmel is absolute shit as Gokou and makes him seem utterly out of character a good 75% of the time.

That's fine, I just despise how some people automatically 'prefer' him without giving the Japanese a chance just because they hear Gokou for 2 seconds and realize he has a woman's voice. But so long as you've experienced both versions of the series deeply and honestly still say you prefer Schemmel, I may personally think you're crazy, but that's something that's a matter of personal preference. I just dislike people who hate on the Japanese without giving it a chance is all.

originally buu wasnt meant to be funny or cute he was just fat but for the american dub some idiot assumed buu was supposed to be fruity and cuddly voiced which sucked and took a lot away from the character
