I think the bassist came in early! hard to tell bexause you only hear half a bar before he comes in, but if you listen to the guitar part on the record it seems that the bass comes in a beat early

I think the bassist was too early, thats why the intro is different. U can see that the guitarist gets a bit surprised there because he wasn't expecting it... At 00:04 in the video.

yes your right, the bassist is too early. I saw them play this live years ago and still distinctly remember the moment where the bass comes in as being shockingly loud. Stuart gets a bit of a fright there alright. fucking hilarious.
