amazing in thier own way but this
is Disarm by the Smashing Pumpkins.
Not any U2, or Nirvana, or Pearl Jam,
or any of these other bands you guys
keep bringing up. If you
think his voice is bad than thats your
chioce, you are an idiot but that is your
chioce. Don't compare anything to the
Smashing Pumpkins. No, they aren't my

at first i thot this song was about him saving someones life by loving them. "disarm you with a smile"..."my love i send this smile over 2 u"...etc. but according to corgan its a letter to his parents who used to treat him like shit and instead of writing a mean song to them, he wrote a nice song. therefore justifying the "disarm you with a smile" because they used to beat him and instead of fighting back, he chooses to smile, and therefore take the weapon out of their hands figurively speaking
