George W. will leave such an irreparable mess after himself in office that I seriously doubt any single man will be able to take on presidency and succeed.
Bush probably will attack Iran, because there is a slight chance that Obama will refuse to do so and that way he will have no choice.
On the other hand I'm starting to doubt that any human being that reaches anywhere close presidency in the US has a heart :)
