you can't remove the subtitles, Where ever you downloaded these clips from, the memory and info on the vid came like that, so if u somehow cut it out, there would be white where the words were, ruining the point, and it would be impossible to get the old animation back becuz to ur computer it was never there... dont think what i said made a whole lot of sense 0.o

what u said only applies to hard subs but today there are a lot of soft subs which make it quite possible.
and even when u have hard subs u can crope the picute a little bit and "remove" the subs without anyone noticing.

Although most are just random animé ignorants, they do have a point - apart from combat, the video lacks a real "theme", especially one matching the song. (BTW u like Hakuoro's fighting fan? ^^) Still a cool AMV tho.
As for the subs in Utaware, I have seen beautiful BluRay Raws of these. Just not something one buys just to make an AMV real quick - especially on YouTube, where over 95% of the image goes to waste anyways.
I vote for HD AMVs per Torrent, YouTube is for previews. :]
