A radio caller complains to NYC Mayor Rudulph Giuliani that he lost his food stamps and Medicaid. Giuliani mocks him for "breathing funny" and says he "needs psychiatric help." The man is a Parkinson's victim confined to a wheelchair.

He also talked about the way he sounded and mocked him personally when he knew he was sick and had assistance and mocked the assitance itself offering mock assisstance
for psychological problems even though he knew enough to steer away. Rudy paid attention and used what he heard. I do not make fun of someones race or religious background when they insult me because one does not go there, but a sign of a decaying
moral culture is how they treat those who need help the most.

The fact that Rudy had a caller insult him, does not mean there is any question that he mocked him personally. He mock the way the called sounds and continued to mock him despite what he head from the caller about
having a condition. That is not a matter of oppinion, he mocked what the sounded like despite what he learned from the caller and even continued to do so. Since you posted 2 times I say again this is a fact not an oppinion.

Rudy understood early on that this man had a problem, feigned concern and exploited what he confirmed from the caller himself that he was sick before ridiculing him. Rudy caught things even I missed in the callers voice, understood why the had difficulty speaking and breathing and not just the content of the callers first sentence. This is a set up and knock down. One does not put a block in front of the blind or curse the deaf & even when insulted no one should ever mock disability.

Nopt that I think Rudy is a great guy but at the least he is apolitician with no morality but plenty of self interest and only concerned with his career. I really dont think he would just make fun of a guy in this condition if he knew what was going on.
