I could not agree with you more! A lot of people have stupid reasons to not like this show only because they compare it to the books! And it's always stupid reasons, mostly just cause of Jenny's boobs are to small or some people dont think blair is pretty enough, but they dont see what a great show it is.

I like the show so much better than the books.. Serena and Blair are perfect, and as for jenny.. didn't like her in the book either.
I actually like this show better than the OC.. there's not that much drama or at least its kind of more realistic.

we don't really have to pick sides. we don't have to say who's the bitch and whatnot... i think this is the fruit of the writers: make us interested and intrigued about the characters. I honestly don't know which side to pick and if this is still the "mean" Serena. One thing's for sure, we are still biting our nails for the next episode. And the best character on the show is definitely chuck. He is explored more in the episode that the viewers give sympathy for him. Dammit i love this show. xoxo
