She's got perfect form and explosive speed so that means she's got at least as much momentum behind her strikes as a guy her weight. For certain strikes, e.g. strait punches, that momentum is probably transferred to the target just as fast as a guy's so... for some strikes, she really does hit as hard as almost any guy.

If you've seen some of her interviews, you know what she'd say to that, "yeah, poor guy." (Heh, heh - Gina's not just a great fighter, she's a great person all around.)
I know what you mean though, even if I were to fight her, I'm not sure I could do it wholeheartedly (which would probably piss her off!).

Love Gina. It's great to see the ladies stepping up in MMA, which suits far better than boxing. Boxing is far too structured overall to suit the female style of throwing down, which is all about doing whatever it takes to win, and screw looking good with a straight jab or perfect hook.

No way she could beat the likes of Penn or Pulver. She is a great fighter though and anyone who says shes fighting bums should take a look at some of the last few fighters shes fought. Shes beaten Kaitlin Young and Tonya Evinger, both of whom are class wrestlers and i think she even made Evinger tap! She is still very new aswell, I expect her to improve a lot more on the ground now shes training with Randy. If she dusted up a bit more on the ground, she could be lethal cus her stand up is class.
