No offense to Yoshiki, but What I'm trying to say is I feel this song has Hide written all over it, I don't know why.
Perhaps because Yoshiki use an unused guitar track by Hide, and that has become the basic of the music. Then Yoshiki wrote the lyrics of this song.
So it's like this you know:

It's just a promise Yoshiki gave to Toshi when they were first talking about reunion - Toshi doesn't have to scream no more and he can SING. I definitely believe that even a legend band deserves different charateristics and spirits during different period of time since they grow up with time as well, just simply like us. Don't get stuck with the past, let's move on with X Japan! It took them 10 yrs and three months to come back!!!

As another note, they used some of hide's un-published guitar works, so saying that is actually an insult to hide.

I know that Yoshiki definately had influence on the music that was written, especially the lyrics. He may even have been the main composer..I would believe that. But I think it was hide that gave the music the edge I really like (I don't care for Tears, and I've always figured Tears was Yoshiki.)
But I also think I am more of a hide fan than an X fan, and the stuff I really liked from X was always the stuff that showed clearly hide's influence.

no. its an insult not to honor hide's memory by forgetting his riffs. why not remember him and his music? wat better way to honor him than to use his own work saying that he cannot ever be replaced?

I love how the band improved. I hope they'll tour in America one day, just for American fans? T-T I'm poor I doubt I can travel to Japan for their Reunion tour, but I shall try...TRY MY BEST!! T-T

このビデオはお台場での様子をできるだけたくさんの方に見てもらえるように、特に日本に比べて情報が遅く、量も少ないであろう海外のファンを視野に入れ発信したものです。
実際私の外国人の友人にXファンが何人もいまして、彼らに少しでも喜んでもらえたらなと思ってもいたんです。
このビデオをアップしたのもPVのフルバージョンが出るどころかI.V.のフルバージョン発売前だっただけにそういう気持ちが強くなっちゃって(^_^;)
そういうわけで全体を英語で書きましたので、必然的にコメントも英語中心になっています。
