| Try not to use ur left hand (for righties) too much as it makes it lose spin. just imagine ur doing normal 1d orbits cos its the same action but double speed. |

| something i noticed was that whenever you do the first wrap, there is a lot of force when you do it. try to get a light motion and hopefully it will be easier and after that you will just excelarate it more on the first wrap |
