Her neurobiolgy is spot-on, as are her solutions. You can verify this with your own experience, but you have to be willing to defer sexual gratification and practice patience. That means you have to stop behaving like addict. I.E. you would have to stop behaving like oragasm is something you can't stop or go without. Monogamy and sexual orientation are very much secondary issues.

Having studied sacredness and sex at the University of Cambridge, I fully endorse the video.More so I practise the techniques she recommends and they work.Changing behaviour may seem daunting,but the pain suffered in intimate relationships more than merits trying a new approach.What have we to lose? Her book is funny,informative and practical I'd strongly recommend it.

Solutions from mystical sources may indeed be verifiable and duplicable, but maybe not in the exterior. There are things in this world that mainstream science cannot prove, but that still exists and is valid. The only safe way to discover if something is true or not is to try it yourself. Why trust the experiments of scientists when you can get your own first-hand experience?
