Made these a couple weeks ago. AMAZING! They were exactly like the spring rolls in my favorite Thai restaurant that shut down. I would have died if I never got to eat these again! Found some spring roll wrappers in a local Korean store and they are a must. Question though...does anyone have a recipe to make authentic spring roll wrappers? They didn't have any more when I went back to the store and they don't speak English so I couldn't ask them to order some. I'm deperate! Thanks :)
