This is a video by which YAMAHA YZF-R1 runs after BMW M3. Japan is running narrowly on the sinuous road with 160Km/h. (By the way, the speed limit of this road seeming is 40 km/h. )

lewbelew ur such a doosh its easy to get a car round them corners then it is on a bike lol no leanring or anything involved basicly jsut a turn of the wheel if u notice the bike catches up on the straighter bit.. i guess that was your buddy who was riding with you from the back light it looks to be a yamaha aswel..?

Not a road for that bike...thats a road for BMW 1200 GS....whyle the R1 is kickass from 150km/h its a peewee below that...owned a lot of "Rs" on that kind of roads with my F650GS... Its just not the better place for that bike...IMHO

the road itself is quite busy, so if you are mature enough you enjoy your bike and live to tell, otherwise you can surely overtake the car 3 weekends but at the end of the month wether you are spinecord injuried or death. When I go hard its on roads where I dont see any other car for good 20 to 50 minutes. And believe me...on mountain tight roads...top speed on corners about 50-60km/h the GSs are better. I´m talkimg bout awfull narrow bumpy roads. Try "puerto serranillos" on googleearth.

This is obviously not a race the R1 is short shifting and does not get a knee down or any real good cornering angles as he apexes toooooo early, Brakes too early and gets on the power late. SUNDAY RIDERS on Bikes they can not control.

you have to brake earlier on a bike than a car! Also, cars corner faster than motorcycles...especially a pimped M3. I've an 07 R1 just stating the facts...sounds like you guys haven't ridden before..
