Anybody is better than Lil Wayne! But if you look at his for real track record, Lil Wayne never really rapped with metaphors. He started using them when he did the SQUAD UP records and the Carter series; so therefore Wayne is not the best rapper there has/have been rappeers that used metaphors before him. Personally, I think B.G and Juvie were the most talented out of Cash Money to be honest.
