Its all bark and no bite. Cool graphics are NOT what prompts someone to buy a phone. They help, yes, but this phone looks impractical at best. Cool slider menus and things are pretty, but would they work for daily use in the real world if you have to go back five steps just to get to the internet? I'm a tech geek, but i think even I would have a hard time figuring that thing out.

omg dont u see wuts going on, apple is right now one of the top best not the best but still there, in a few months mayb or four new cells are coming out that are going surpass the new i-crap, one is the goggle phone or android as they call it, another is the omnia, the touch diamond, xperia or the brand new nvidia phone which is the 1st one with a 3.5 multi-touch screen vga phone, and we all kno nvidia makes grafics and this new phone is far more imoressive graphics than the iphone 3g jajja

Are you retarded? All the major phone brands have spent the last few years trying to catch up technology wise to the 1st gen i-Phone. Now with the new 3G i-Phone apple have just blasted past any other maker and like usual has broken into a market by using their brains. But tbh, Id rather you and all the ppl out there that have the same attitude to stay away from i-phone, because you will cause it to be terrible. You go get that nvidia phone, and maybe when u are a big boy u can have an i-phone.

lol true it gots nice interface but datz all it gos , crappy camra no flash no zoom nuthing, no video recrding (even n 80 fone gots recording lmao), no mms (still nothin? i though its 3g), no stere blutooth wow lame im stuck with the clables oh wait i got a viewty no im not lol, no IMs, call quality its ok but its low or a 3g device, no added memory so u have to ease stuff no matter wut, no over-the air downloads lol, bottom line its a waste of money,and dont think u get 3g speed eithe jajja

I am a nokia fan however I have nothing against iPhone. Comparing iPhone to the n series is a bit out of touch simply because they have different things to offer.
However, here are my reasons for which I did not chose iPhone, and stood to my n95 with 8gb.
1. it does not have mms(yes, I actually use mms; I go on vacation often without the ones I love and I tend to send them a lot of multimedia messages(even if they will see the pictures later, the mms will bring a smile on their face).

2. doesn't have a great photo camera, which for me is fairly important since I tend to take fast pictures with my phone.
3. I read from a comment that it cannot record video. If that is true, then this is a very strong argument. I chose the n95 because of the "all-in-1-phone" features.
4.this is not a reason for which I did not chose iPhone, but in order to reply tomaxgarwood: there is n96 which has 16gb of internal memory but also has a card slot.

5. from my personal experience I have always been satisfied of the nokia technology, support and quality. This does not mean that iPhone has low quality or so, but I chose to go further with what satisfied me so far.
I apologize for the very long posts, but had to answer in detail. Stop making posts like "iphone sucks" or "nokia sucks". At this point, they both have to offer different things. Everyone just chooses the ones that fit him best.
