Nice! do you have any footage of it? i'll check your page yo.. this one was a bit crooked actually, i was trying to trick myself into doing a gainer when i was starting out taking off side-ways a bit.. it looked weird, I call them hitch-hikers (backflip traveling side-ways) but eventually they came to look like this when i tweak them straighter.. it could use some more work, a bit straighter, they could be. as yoda would say...

anything additional you could do would be core strengthening like pushups and chin ups. Parkour is really good for all around conditioning.
