How many singers would trade their right arm+a leg and half their heart for this voice and the ability to sing like that?For 30+ years I never heard someone even close to Coverdale.I remember when he came to Bucharest I was stuck with the 80's sex symbol image...I was shocked and happy to find something waaaaaay better.He grew in value like the good wine,years did nothing on him but make him better,if there's such thing as perfection he reached it

Coverdale was and still is one of the greatest,most soulful vocalist of all time.Glen Hughes is another one and Glen can still belt l it out with sheer driving force and soul like no rock vocalist before or after him.Rock on Dave & Glen..Ahhh remember the looks Dave used to give to Glen when they were performing in Deep Purple together.I was never quite sure who was in awe of who...LOL.
