hp means nothing.
you need to look at other thing when looking at a litre bike.
mine r1 got 174 rwhp by only changing the ecu putting on a yec.
you could find horsepower what you couldn't find is a good frame and r1 has the best one you could see it by looking at sbk or stock class.
so forget gixxer and company they are more focused dor the street,the one for the track is the ONE!

R1 is a bad mofo hands down!!! After a '93 and a 97 Cbr 600, 97 Cbr 900rr, and '00 Tl1000R i finally found the power/handling combo the works on the street and the track!!!! keep your Zx10s and gixxers, rock a R1!!!
