| The screen is way too dark, i can barely see anithing aside from the screen. Are those white lights suposed to be the gloves? |

| That's the whole idea... Yes, those white lights are the gloves. The webcam picks up the movement of these gloves. If the room wasn't dark like that, the webcam would have difficulty seperating the light of the gloves from the environment. |

| Couldn't you just remove the IR filter from webcam (most CCD cameras can pick up IR light just fine) and use really bright IR leds so you can have the light on normally? |
