I had something like this and was shaking permanently for about 6 months. You cant walk, talk, read or write, cant go the local shop cant stand up, You sure as hell cant type on a keyboard cos youre hands are shaking.
You have to make a real effort and prepare any talk well in advance , it was awful.
Thank god it eventually went.
Its not cowardice at all, you are physically unable to do anything.
