OTOH, 3kWe and 1kW heat. That's not bad for something so small. I could put that in my yard easy and be "earning" hundred$/month.

it doesn't seem to have any air vents on it. i guess it's water cooled and the radiator is somewhere off camera - perhaps on the ground.

The 1000l tank is used to store the heat in the house to be used als warm water or heating rooms.
A bigger storage tank would not make sense, the constant heatloss of the tank allows only to store heat for the next 1-4 days.
A normal car sized radiator would make it possible to generate power and get rid of unneeded heat. With a truck sized it even would not need a fan to dispense from 11kW heat energy.
