IS the Lubrication on the magnetic on better than regular, meaning does it take a lot of force to move and does it move easily?

You can't make working magnetic 2x2x2 nor 4x4x4 because of the magnet polarity issues (it falls apart when you twist it).
You can make 5x5x5 though.
