This is already true for the most part. Israelis also deserve compensation and restitution for the land they were forced out of, for instance, the over 850,000 Jews from Arab countries, 550,000 of which were absorbed by Israel.

Correction, some forms of ringworm were treated with radiation. The Chamish led conspiracy theory has been comprehensively debunked. Also, irradiation as a treatment was done worldwide, from Europe, to the US, with some adverse affects, such as increased cases of thyroid cancer being later attributed to irradiation.

The problem with this report is that its grossly exaggerated, made up in certain points, and falsely claims that the Israeli government was complacent somehow in killing of Sephardic Jews via treatment of ringworm.
Not only Sephardic Jews had ringworm, were treated for ringworm, and the treatment for certain cases of ringworm was also the method of treatment done in Europe and the US.
So not experimental, not only restricted to Sephardic Jews.

If you bothered to read the article i sent you (which also has the link to the original article in Haaretz Chamish referred to) and the person who is making these ridiculous and far-fetched claims with an extremely thin level of actual sources, then it shouldn't even warrant a response like this from you in the first place.
I'm not protecting the Israeli government through thick and thin. I do however question these sort of fantasy claims made by people like Chamish.

Gamma radiation is in a completely different ball field in terms of responses. X rays are the ones in question here and one would not see the immediate results of.
Brain/blood barrier bit is not immediate. DNA/tissue damage is also not immediate. 'Ensuing illnesses' are also not immediate.

Tested? Xrays for treatment of certain cases (others used anti-fungal topical creams) was the regular treatment for ringworm from the US to Europe.
There was no testing of radioactive substances.
Chamish didn't use actual sources. He's a conspiracy theorist and not a whistle blower by any angle.
Chamish used a left-wing Haaretz as a source and made up the rest to get attention.
Chamish is the only one who commented on this while there are plenty of ACTUAL whistleblowers in Israel.
