AWESOME GAME, first time I played it I was too young and didn't understand it(like with ultima underworld 1 and 2), but years later(2005) I played it and finished it. GOD THIS GAME I JUST GREAT, ONE OF THE BEST GAMES EVER MADE.Most games these days are just crap made for idiots who play them JUST for the graphics and nothing more. What a shame games like this aren't made anymore.

Alternatively, I think it would be wise to allow them to "rule" us. Assuming they didn't have some kind of emotion that left them as fickle as we, it would be a perfect symbiotic relationship. We'd work to be creative and improve them, and they'd work to keep us from killing ourselves.
