Howard stern is a hack. He's only catered to the masses of men who think with their dick. All of his shows are the same thing. Lesbians, strippers, porn stars. It's just boring and repetitive.
Mancow, on the other hand, has substance. He's intelligent and brings a lot to the table in a discussion. He's very involved in the every day world, and has an amazing ability to convey that to the masses for what it is.

Yes, Stern has a reputation for having shows that include the things you mention, and sometimes he does - but it is sad to think you would post your ignorance for the world to see.
Mancow, Rush, O & A, etc. owe their careers as syndicated personalities to Stern. He innovated the format, and apparently did something right along the way.

Oh, and by the way, since he left for Sirius, the radio industry he helped build -- has tanked. Three years later - no matter who they have tried to replace him with, the ratings and the ad revenue just aren't coming back.
