yh ive trained out there twice and the running i found is well tough. if ur a boxer it's definetly worth going

i heard it is a 5 star villa so basically you get all the same things you get in a hotel except for room service. its much better in a villa you feel like you are at home. i stayed in a villa once was cool

It the best camp in Europe for altitude training. The British version of Big Bear in California where all the world champions go to. Amir Khan and David Haye use the facilities so it has been furnished by Harrods and is top notch. Training here you may just bump into them and give them your autographs!! Fancy that :-D
