heh. Because they can't think of anything better? I would much rather watch the original Japanese version, but since I can't, I guess I have no choice but to watch this. Japanese movies will always be better though. *shrug*

man...i wish America didn't remake other countrys' movies, because it seems that the original ones will
always be better, we're just wasting money on remaking, ive seen part of Kairo, i'm fixing to see the rest of it, but it already seems better then america's version..

I watched this movie, without knowing it was a remake, but it didn't make it better anyway!
I think the only us remake worth watching is The Ring, surely just because the japanese version didn't have such a great budget.
