It is wow! You can't see it on YouTube like that. Because the gardesn are soooo majestic and stuff. Its not just the main building. Sooo darn romantic. I suggest you go there.

The rules got amended few days ago. Now its two days prior and two days after and on full moonlight. The visitors are allowed in a group of 50 people and stay there for 30 minutes only. The earliest group is at 8:30, then 9 and then 9:30 pm. They are allowed only up to the gate of Taj Mahal about 300 Meters from Taj Mahal.

Just outside the picture is no potable water.Electricity scarcity ,pollution ,bumpy roads ,beggers sleeping on road side .....90% of population spends 90% of there time elking meager living low paying job hardly paying for food alone

during my visit to AGRA, Taj Mahal was a total anti climax of the whole trip, AGRA Fort and Amber Fort in Jaipur is much better than TAJ itself,
my advise to those who wants to visits INDIA, brings a lot of Carbon pill for your tummy and other anti diarrhea medicine, and be prepared to be harrased by street vendors wherever you visits any of the historical places, some will says,"i'll be very happy if you come and look at the goods i am selling, no buy just look"....what was that?

Full of inaccuracies from the Lonely Planet author. Shah Jahan was not the fifth 'Muslim' emperor of India - he was the fifth Mughal Emperor, which is a very different thing. There had been Muslim emperors in North India since 1192, so...

Magnifique. So chic. So beautiful. I always been fasinated by India and this movie make me want to go more to this country which so many of my French friends now are visiting. India has so much culture and this really intrigue me. I love architecture and culture like this so much.

I signed up specially just to say hi Sarina!! We met briefly at the Taj when you were shooting this video, and I just wanted to say the advice you gave me and my boyfriend was so fabulously helpful. We did end up going to that market and it was totally insane!!! The temple was also fab and youre right, the flower market behind it was amazing for photos.
