You could clearly see the kid was being respectful by saying please and sir. If the kid was stealing, had a weapon and tried to attack the cop or was fighting, then I believe the cop had the right to put handcuffs on the kid, but if they were leaving, then he should just told them not to come back, waited to see if they were really leaving, and then finally drive off. you could clearly see that he was bieng respectful when the camera was turned on, but from the looks of it, he wasnt doing what the cop asked him to until the cop had already started to arrest him, im sure the kid was all "nope, im gonna stay here, you cant do shit to me" then they get the camera out and the cop says he's gonna arrest him and its all "im sorry sir, im leaving sir, please sir" fuck that kid, go to jail, learn some respect

Why did the owner call the cops anyway. I wouldn't bother with the police; it's a waste of time since a kid like that cannot be reformed. The property owner should just bring an civil action against against that kid AND his parents (might as well name all those kids/parents since I'm sure they all caused damage).
