One thing he forgot to mention was when you first go into wireframe mode, you need to press tab to go into edit mode so you can move that top part of your armature, just incase anyone was stuck on that.

To anyone confused by the "IDK" stuff, it's Auto-IK for "Automatic Inverse Kinematics", not "Auto-IDK" for, presumably, "Automatic I Don't Know" =)

If I got a text and convert the text to a mesh and make bones and so on like in the tutorial, then only the faces in the near of the bones are affected by a movement in pose mode... has anybody got an idea how i could move the whole text-mesh?

I thought that tutorial on falling dominoes couldn't get much more impressive, but i failed. Utterly failed. This has blown my mind. This blender has so many uses, i don't know how you know so much about it. I wouldn't have done it, i'm sure i would be struggling with stupid things. If it wasn't for you, kid i would never know. Thanks a lot that kid!! :))

hey, very nice tutorials all the way through. One question I have though, is what do you use to record your videos? I use fraps, but whenever I try to upload it says "failed to process". any tips/advice?

make sure you go into where it says "pose mose" and change it to "edit mode" if you're not in that mode you cant extrude, or you can just hit Tab

i had that same problem... just press tab when you get your armatrue on there... then press G and u can only move the tip.. :D
