I made this for my xbox 360 because it gets really hot, after a few test i was really pleased i noticed no heat after 120 min of use. Which can not be achieved with the NYKO Intercooler. http://hacksmods.bravehost.com/ i added all instructions and pics

the xbox it's self has a bad case on it to begin with and if you mod the case to have a mesh casing then wouldn't it get a lot of dust in the system. i just run it on my A/C vent and it's never hot or even room temp. it's about 70-75 degrees. it's always hot here in my town anyway.
