KUSINAbilidad Episode 08 (MANG TOMAS LENGUA IN GRAVY SAUCE)

Video Description:
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo lengua or dila (oxtongue)
1/2 cup onions
1 tsp. garlic
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced into 2
10 pieces green olives
210 grams Mang Tomas Gravy
2 tbsp. Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa
3 tbsp. cream
10 cups water
2 tbsp. button mushroom water
1 tsp. Datu Puti Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. white wine or cooking wine, optional
Procedure:
1. Boil lengua with water for at least 1 ½ hours. Clean and slice into ¼" thick
2. Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms, olives and lengua. Add Mang Tomas Gravy, Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa, chicken stock, button mushroom water, and Datu Puti Soy Sauce.
3. Simmer to cook.
4. Add cream and wine.
5. Serve.
