@necrid9800 . i not had no probs as yet , but then only had it for 2 days . apparantly theres a widespread fuse issue so just buy spare fuses which can be replaced easily @bk of the sub . the z-2300 i have hadd for 6-7 months and no problems at all . the satellites better on the z-5500 though . also ignore my comment bout the sub as i have the z-2300 better placed tbh n this one i think is warmin up now n kikin ass! lol :)

LOL...omg.. you just compared a low/mid-range pc speaker to one of the top of the line ones. Wow. "505" watts rms > 70 watts rms
Digital > Analog
10" subwoofer > 5.25" subwoofer
Let's just say..THE Z-5500 IS BETTER, (but still sucks in general =))

Dude I know this system lol. I took off the cover so I can see the excursion of the subwoofer. And I used to use Optical. I found 6 ch direct louder since it uses all three jacks and not just the green.

but these do come with 5 speakers and a sub that are all enclosed with a amplifier that wont cut out LOl.
