Shane ending it out was the perfect kick for the soul. If Shane had written the lyrics for the song, that would've improved it much but no complaining to such a gesture as was made for Ronnie anyway. :-)

Lol. I may be wrong but it feels like after all these years, Bono is trying to have himself considered a part of Irish music in a non pop-bullshite way. Almost as if he is bowing down to the others saying "accept me please". Better late than never I guess. It is Sinead, Shane, Damo and the Dubliners, etc that i care about here. I try to tune Bono out.

bt bono is good he is irish and can sing just because he sings pop music doesnt mean he cant sing traditional music he has helped thousands of people so i think he should be thanked!
