this is how to avoid telemarketing phone calls:
1. place your self on the do-not call list.
2. don't SMS your number to any of those phn tune numbers that are advertised. In the small print you are allowing the company to pass your number on.
3. don't include youe number on any compitions that you enter. it's the same as #2.

4. have your number privatly listed. They only call normal numbers. If they still call you, it's because you have broken one of the previouse rules.
5. don't do any servays. that's ho they get your numbers.
6. never shout and carry on at the telemarketer, just say your not interest. If you shout, then the telemarketer will place your number on a telemarketing hot list, where they will all call you.
