I guess my thousand dollar pass to this expired. Didn't get to see it. It's cheaper to be a band and be accepted to SXSW. Don't buy it people.. Austin is a rip off.

this song wasn't 'made up' on the spot. it's 'feel it', which was never on an official BJM release, but they used to play it live often and there's a recording available online from a peel session they did in 99.

These guys remind me of the Dandy Warhols-meet-Black Sabbath-in-Austin. The Dandy's are from my home town and I've seen them many times at small venues. A couple of times they were brilliant, more times they were arrogant and mediocre, other times C.T. was so messed up he couldn't or just didn't want to get through the songs, and most times I was embarrassed to recommend that friends come to the show with me. The Black Angels on the other hand ROCK.
