As to your suggestion that McCain would be the final nail in the coffin for America, I can't totally disagree. It's just that the nail is ALREADY IN the coffin. The problem with Obama is that, though he might not drive it in deeper like McCain, he is NOT going to pull it OUT like Ron Paul would and liberate us.
Paul would spend his term years attacking the WHOLE underlying cancer that afflicts us: We spend our wealth abroad policing the world instead of taking care of things here.

I agree with yu on some points, disagree on others. I dont think the nail is in the coffin, though the Republic is dead and in the coffin. I think that Obama can at least open the casket. DO i think hes going to pull the republic out of the coffin like Paul would? No, But he sure as hell beats John Mccain. I agree that our domestic policy has become subordinate to foreign policy. But thats the sign that we have an imperialist mindstate. I know Paul would end that, I just wish he would of won.

Yes, I'm actually agreeing with you. It's just that I don't think most people realize how GRAVE the situation is right now. The game of "lesser of two evils" won't cut it now.
We NEED to petition Ron Paul to get back in the race and run Independent. Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin are NOT going to have the leadership ability that Paul has to lead the REVOLUTION. Their fundraising prowess is a lackluster joke compared to that of Paul. We cannot wait much longer. The revolution is HERE.

WOuld he do it even if we petitioned him? Im going to be honest I played it smart(or maybe unsmart?) during the primaries. I voted for Obama(held my nose) but I kept donating to Ron Paul. I live In georgia and Paul just didnt have the media coverage that the media loves to give war-mongers and corporate sellouts like John mccain. War=Ratings this we know. I know Ron Paul isholding a type of shadow convention on the same day as the Republican convention. Yes, we need a revolution.

Here's the problem: McCain and Obama are the same. They will both continue spending, just in different ways. McCain on a pointless war and Obama on the horrible idea of a universal health care/welfare system that will be the final blow to the middle class. Neither will dismantle the military empire we've built up and close down the hundreds of bases we have over seas. The problems we have will be magnified by McCain or Obama. The minute I think Obama might be better, he talks about healthcare.

Mc Cain or Obama will make the certain severe Recession ahead much longer and likely into a Depression without doubt. Their polices are the same which brought the country to this point. Will you want more of the same? They are lightweights in comparison to Ron Paul and have little regard or understanding of the Constitution. If you vote, vote for the Constitution.

I disagree about McCain being the "nail in the coffin." Yes I would hate to see him as president, but I don't think he would destroy the nation. Ron Paul said himself that he would not be "troubled" by McCain winning the election.
Remember what Ron Paul said "REVOLUTIONS ARE LONG TERM PROJECTS." No matter who wins the election I still believe that Ron Paul can still help this nation. WE ARE NOT DOOMED.

Respect for the rule of law and the Constitution. We can live free in this country if we simply put one foot in front of the other. Power has corrupted most of our officials so completely that they are now an embarrassment to the human race. Ron Paul's message is the same as that of our great Country's founders. I don't know if he'd do it, but we should be screaming for Ron Paul to get back into the race Independent/3rd Party. Candidates like Bob Barr, Chuck Baldwin, and Ralph Nader are not pulling in anywhere close the the kind of money Paul was hauling in, nor causing anywhere near the sensation. If Ron Paul doesn't get back in the race, we are all going to fragment and fizzle different ways in Nov. and get nowhere. We NEED Ron Paul back in the race to send a strong, cohesive message.
