AUM is AAaa + Ao + Aum (awake,dreaming and sleep) you can get the exact matching vyanjans from Devnagri.
so if you hear carefully he is saying you will get your answer. and ignorance is never bliss,

Aum is the trinity of Brahma Ji, Vishni Ji and Mahesh or Shiv Ji
Brahma - Creator
Vishnu - Sustainer
Shiv - Destroyer
These three qualities are also within us - RajoGun, SatoGun, TamoGun.
This is where the word GOD is derived from
G - Generator
O - Operator
D - Destroyer

Shiv and (shankar or Mahadev) are not the same
Shiv is what from the trinity emerged(brahma ,vishnu and Mahadev),ultimately there is only one godhead(AUM) and can be realized only in the fourth state.

Les vibrations me donnent le frisson et me font pleurer (alors que je ne pleure jamais d'habitude). Les frissons parcourent mon corps jusqu'au sommet du crâne et j'ai l'impression de m'élever.
