Ron Paul supports the idea that individuals have rights and should be free, that included freedom from any group that would strip them of life, liberty, or their pursuit of happiness. It is the neo-cons who are distorted and twisted the idea of a "free market" into a globalism that favors corporations and the rich. |

| If Ron Paul is such a libertarian why does he vote for pork barrel funding bills such as funding to study the sex life of shrimp for universities in his own district. Its hard for me to believe that studies for the sex life of shrimp are the role of government. |

| I'm against the IRS and the income tax, but I try to get every deduction possible when I file my tax. Likewise, there is nothing wrong with getting money back from the federal gov't (if you want to larger share of your income to the gov't, please I won't stop you, do it now). |
