Is there no way that you can do this with a laptop.
I have some Intel thing in it (dont take the piss because i dont know all the specs of the laptop), so yeah is there anything i can download instead of this, or is there somehow i can get it to work.

Stop the script kiddies from war driving... Don't use WEP! Don't waste your time with MAC address filtering as they are easily spoofed. If you use WPA, use a strong password. Here is an example... Ih*t3$cpTkD1s. If a dictionary or brute force attacked is used to try to crack this password that script kiddie will spend approx 100,000 hours waiting for it to finish. Best business practice is WPA type 2 or better with a strong password.
