For us mortals there is a compromise between gained ability and resources and loss of physical ability that means that ultimately there are some tasks that we can only ever perform once.

Sorry I have not been terribly active recently, but you have to appreciate that a good video takes 1-2 days work.

Attempting to take it as historical fact destroies the purpose of the stories to begin with and devalues religion on a fundamental level.
