I know of an orange belt, but we by passed that and just went to green. our rank system is Wht/high wht, yellow/highyellow, Green/HG, Blue/HB, Red/HR, Brown/HB(black belt canidate), then black, theeen 1st degree-9th degree. There are many rank systems. I sparred in Blue belt division and I went against a purple belt. I was like "omg what?" But its just like Advanced Blue. When my instructor went through his ranks he had a lime belt. (light green)

the kicks are nice but not deadly at all, most of it is for show. they can throw a hard kick though... trust me i've fought people that took TKD and one guy almost broke my arms when i was blocking, they are tough people if properly trained like these guys. i've taken mix martial arts for 7 years and its basically the top branch of all styles

its a shame wen ppl leave smart ass comments about tkd wen all they get to see r controlled fights or demos. ppl dont realize that our legs have 4 times as much muscle as our arms and wen used in real life...its just as if not more deadly than other martial arts. im a 3rd degree black belt in tkd so im not trying to bullshit my way through this lol

TKD is a just a sport as football is or basketball. It's all about wining tournaments and get the highest score.

too set somthing clear the demo team and wat they do isnt practical most of them do a style of tae kwon do called reed tae kwon do (non contact) if u have a decent instructer he will teach you how too make everything work personally im in trhe australian national team for second year running and im going too the commenwealth games in nov im a second dan and been training for 9 years. btw if u go too ati ur a shit cunt (People in australia will know wat i mean)

For the first time, undoubtedly, in thousands of years of Korean history, WTF founded Suckskwondo and changed the Korean method of fighting and self-defense. It stresses on using the foot instead of the fists, using the tapping force instead of the penetrating power, using the WTF run-around moves to only engage in long-range fighting situation, and fighting with the hands down. WTF Suckskwondo has no practical aspects of fighting and self-defense. WTF? WTF is wrong with those WTF suckers?
