Yes, everything I've said has proven my point. Plus, it is not cheaper! Nothings free. When the government pays for medical, it's expensive, and who ends up paying for it, the people. In other words, high taxes. And our system needs tuning, I got it. Doctors are grossly overpaid and charge insurance companies, and insurance companies make us suffer. So, yes, are system is also flawed, it needs tweaking.

Okay, if you don't like those figures, then how 'bout this? UHC has unequal access and health disparities because governments eventually lose tons of money because of it, paying for everyones care, therefore, lower quality health care and higher taxes. Plus, increased waiting times, whichreults in unnecessary deathes. 20 years isn't a long time for a country to have it. Like Canada, their system was invented in 1984, and they we're wealthy at the time.

But, they startd loseing money, and now there in finacial hole, just like most countries that had it for the last 10, 20 years. And how is our system MORE bureacratic? As for the smoking argument, smoking may cause cancer, yes, but lung cancer takes a long time to develop, weight gain doesn't. And besides, some smokers smoke all their adult life, and never got cancer.

I once believed in a god, but that was prior to watching this video... i am so angry i am going to send a letter to congress urging the immediate burning and destructing of all things "larry the cable guy". The viewing also made me wish abortion was more main stream, and also the choice of his parents back in 1962. we can only hope that he has some african american in his family and that the sickle cell catches up to him... How about this.....all the pharmaceutical companies are to blame for our healthcare crisis. The cure for cancer is already discovered. Its just the pharmaceutical companies are paying doctors to shut up about it. Thats what needs tweaking. If you look at advertising 10-15 years ago compared to today. I bet the only medicine ad you will see is for headache relief or digestive, like Mylanta.
