So-called "regulation" of the market is institutionalized fraud if you're referring to the Fed Reserve. RP wants to return us to an honest monetary system.
Ron Paul's "radical" ideas are for a return to a non-inflationary economy like we had before we were sold down the road in 1913. Read "The Creature from Jekyll Island".
His "radical ideas" are the rights,values and freedoms our country was founded on. Yeah, we're so far from them now, I guess they would be considered "radical".

i live on a college campus and id be willin to say that the majority of peple would vote ron paul if he would have been given the chance. i dont know anybody who likes mccain, even the memebers of the GOP spend more time fighting Obama then praisng McCain. is mccain too old, do we need to get him a presidential walker?

you know nothing about how the political game is played. there are short term political goals (individual races) and long term political goals (overhaul of philosophy/government). ron paul may have lost the battle, but the movement will win the war. give it 10 years, and you will drastic changes. the very problem we have with politics today is that everyone is focused on the short term solutions.
