Its the same problem i had with World of warcraft, and one of the reason i have on xbox live, because i played a few times here and there, and all that real powerful screaming and yelling are defiantly angry teenagers, the best advice really is play with friends, to get away from that, if you don't have any friends find some good ones, because annoying kids, who won't shut up are a deal deal especially on the over crowded internet communities, MY ADVICE IS TO MOVE ON, get a ps3, more mature :)
