You know, that would be the exception to the rule, if she were to die giving birth to a live baby, I believe it should be her choice, personally I would respect her decision both ways...that would be common sense, but far less than 1% of the time is that ever the case, today, women are having abortions because its an inconvience to their lives.

I wish people would learn about things that they argue against before they say things that are incorrect. Evolution has been proven, and humans are primates (look at any physical anthropology chart of families, species, etc.)--and even if they weren't, humans didn't evolve FROM monkeys or other kinds of non-human primates; humans and non-human primates have a common ancestor. There's a big difference. Please get your facts straight.

romney is a typical politician...i bet he 'believes in god' so he can secure the votes of other rerards that believe in god. the whole point of seperating church and state has gone out the window.

HikaruYamamoto : Anti abortionist they tend to be family oriented people who love children.
For them the ability to terminate a unborn child's existence for personal convenience is viewed as selfish and unethical. This is has always been a complicated debate both sides have turned it into a black & white issue. when for me it is a Grey one, Both sides bring some valid arguements.

Many diverse amount of societies going though antiquity have dealt with this issue, In ancient Persia. Its native religion had a clear cut prohibition on abortion or harming the unborn , It waisnt a patriarchal society its greatest religious figure beside its founder was a women.

You have my support in ridding us of abortion clinics. The ruling regime is FOCIBLY INJECTING CHEMICALS into innocent Americans if we do not agree with them or if we know of their covering up war crimes against us. Stop Mobile Alabama Mardi Gras this year for stopping myself from government involvement. Our opponents are as heartless as the land of the dead. We should move to topple the regime in power. if gov. shouldn't tell the woman what's wrong, than it should be okay for women to kill their 3 year old children. But obviously, and rightly so, it's illegal to do that. So why is it different with abortion.
the separation of ... ( 9 months ago by C0ct0pus)
the separation of church and state goes well beyond tax free construction of churches. what about these assholes that try to get creationism taught in school? what about 'in god we trust' printed on our money? where the fuck is the separation?

well then, it seems we agree. even politicians are free to choose their religion. it's when they use their religion as a platform to gain votes that i have a problem...and it gets worse if they get elected and push their religion even harder.

lol...'our god' that's a good one. have you watched the jesus camp documentary? if not i suggest you search for it here on YT. turning our citizens into christians is NOT going to solve ANY problems. and politicians effects all of our lives (religious or not).

No...I'm only repeating what my UC Berkeley Physical Anthropology professor has said several times. Evolution is fact; natural selection is a theory.

Teaching abstinence ... ( 8 months ago by Guitarmofo1)
Teaching abstinence to our kids is the worst idea I have ever heard. This kind of thinking is harmful because kids are going to experiment - they ARE going to have sex. It might as well be called sex-uneducation because you meerly tell kids what not to do. Kids need to learn about the birds and the bees before they find out on their own... Way to go Romney, idiot.

yeah, laugh it up, America. But remember, remember the Catholic church in Europe. Be aware of government leaders who want to control the nation's religious "values". Be aware that during the ABC debate, the GOP hopefuls spoke about the Constitution for the first time, while Dr. Ron Paul was talking about it all along. Beware of Huckabee... a left wing publication says he promises a 3rd Bush term. In my opinion he speaks a little too well to be trusted.

I don't know who this "god" guy is, but he certainly sounds like an asshole, creating people for his own unknown purposes, who does he think he is?

What a stupid answer. Huckabee needs to realize that Christian scientists believe that creation was done through evolution. It was not an "accident". It was a creative process of natural selection.
